In order to ensure that our ChurchBlox sites are compatible with your exisiting servers, it may be necessary for us a take a peak at your exisiting setup. If everyhting checks out, we’ll install the your site and have you up and running in no time. So, what if you don’t have hosting?

No problem! We’ll set you up with our affiliate hosting company BlueHost.com, where you get a whole lotta bang for your buck as well as excellent customer service and support. Of course you’re welcome to also choose your own hosting company as well. However, choosing BlueHost.com may aid in speeding up the process since we’re familiar with their process and setup.

2) Your Choice of One of Our Beautiful Designs

Head on over to our design gallery to check out our lovely designs. Each ChurchBlox design that we sell is both semi-exclusive and semi-custom. Seem confusing? Let us explain!

Semi-Exclusive: In order to keep our designers on their toes , as well as prevent the web from being saturated with the same old designs, we only sell 10 copies of each design. Once 10 copies of a design are sold its retired to the archive and replaced with a fresh design.

Semi-Custom: Every ChurchBlox site requires a little bit of customization. Why? Because no two churches are alike! When purchased, the designs below will be customized with your church name and exisiting logo.

3) A Full Content Management System

Each ChurchBlox website comes with an easy to use Content Management System (CMS). Our CMS of choice is the popular WordPress framework, customized to fit church needs. That means that you’re in control of your website. Being in the driver’s seat gives you the ability to edit your own content, add or subtract pages, manage multiple photo albums, create a sermon archive and maintain a news section with multiple categories. Basically you get everything you see in the column to the left.

Getting started with your ChurchBlox site is as easy pressing a button; literally! When you login to your website you’ll see a set of admin buttons that let you edit your site’s pages just by browsing to them and clicking a button.

4) A Ready to Use Site Structure

Although you can add or subtract all of the pages you like, we make it easy to get started by setting up the essential pages for you. Each ChurchBlox site comes with the following pages live and ready to go:

  Your home page includes text and images of your choice plus a list of recently posted news items automatically pulled from your news section.
• About
  Your home page includes text and images of your choice.
• Media
  • Sermons
    Your sermons page includes a list of recently uploaded sermon, descritpions as well as a Flash audio player for easy listening or downloading. The Sermon’s archive is in a podcast friendly format, meaning you can send your feed right to iTunes and get listed.
  • Photos
    The photo gallery comes with unlimited albums and tools for easy upload, and automatic photo resizing and thumbnail generation.
• News
  Your news section contains a list of links to the categories you create. A good example of how to use this would be to have a different category for each ministry, or even a separate blog for each pastor.
• Contact
  Your contact page contains your church contact info as well as a customizable form.
